Dear valued customer,
Thank you for purchasing our halogen floodlight.
Before operating the halogen floodlight, please read the following instructions
for use carefully and keep them in a safe place for future reference.
PROPER USE
The halogen floodlight is splash-proof, conforms with IP44, and is
suitable for occasional use in exterior areas. Not suitable for use
IP 44
under harsh conditions.

GEnERAL SAFETy InSTRUCTIOnS
The halogen floodlight:
• must always be placed at least 1m away from the surface
being illuminated. Special care is required in regards to the
power cable;
it must not be in the illumination path nor come into contact
with the metal housing.
• must always be given sufficient time to cool down – the
floodlight housing can get extremely hot.
• must only be used outside of enclosed rooms if a splash-proof
plug (IP44) is available.
• must only be stored or packaged after it has fully cooled.
• must only be connected to a suitable 230V~ grounded outlet.
• must only be grasped by the handle.
• must only be used on flat, stable surfaces.
• must only be used in combination with approved, licensed
cable reels, extension cords, or power strips. Daisy-chaining
these products is prohibited.
• must not be used in rooms that represent an explosion hazard
(e.g. cabinetmaker's workshop, painting operation, or similar).
• must not be used in the immediate vicinity of flammable
materials.
• must not be set up in the immediate vicinity of pools, fountains,
