Sausage Making
First mince the meat that you want to process.
Insert the worm shaft (8) into the head (7) with the plastic end first. Insert the
separator into the head (7). Attach the sausage attachment to the head and
screw the attachment ring (13) to the head. Make sure that the notches of the
separator fits onto the elevations of the head (7).
Fix the head (7) in the inlet (4) on the motor housing. Place the hopper plate (6)
on top of the filler tube. You can now start making sausages.
Put the ingredients into the hopper plate (6). Carefully push the meat into the filler
tube with the food pusher (5).
Place the sausage skin in lukewarm water for 10 minutes. Then slide the wet skin
onto the sausage attachment (14). Push the (seasoned) minced meat into the
filler tube with the food pusher. If the skin sticks to the sausage attachment (14),
moisten it with a little water.
