1.- The machine should be installed on a work surface that has sufficient stability and strength
to support the weight of the machine and product being cooked.
2.- Before machine first use and before plug, clean carefully all parts that might be in contact
with food.
3.- Make sure that the line voltage of your power source matches the rated voltage and
frequency on the machine.
4.- Place the lower grill plate on the work surface, remove the cardboard packaging protecting
the plate. NEVER COOK ON THIS SURFACE.
5.- Put the upper grill plate into place and ensure it is correctly positioned, otherwise the safety
switch will now allow the grill to work.
6.- Position the protective base.
7.- Flick the power switch located at the back of the grill.
8.- You can choose whether to use cooking area I or II, or to use both of them at the same time.
To do this, press the ON/OFF button and a green light will show the grill is working.
Press the Increase or Decrease button to raise or lower the grill temperature.
9.- For safety reasons, if you remove the upper grill plate, the heat will stop working. Once the
plate is back in place, press the ON/OFF button to start the grill again
10.- Once the plate has heated up, put the food onto the grill for cooking.
