3 in 1 USB Charging
1.
Make the device fully charged before use.
2.
Remove any excessive oil or moisture from the body.
3.
Attach the main console device to the centre of the fitness device via the two buttons.and
make sure the main console is turned off.
4.
Remove the gel pad protective film and make sure your abdominal area is clean and dry .
5.
Place the gel pads on to your abdominal area completely, ensure they are placed down flat
and then smoothed over for the gel adhesive to properly stick.
6.
Long press the Power ON/OFF button to turn ON/OFF the main console, it will automatically
start at mode 1 and LED light turns to green ,Press "M" button to choose the mode you want.

Intensity Adjustment: Intensity level range from 1 to 15. Short Press the intensity"+" button to
start and increase and the intensity"-" button to decrease and close.short press the power
button for locking the mode/intensity.
Gel Pad Maintenance
1.
Please rinse the gel pads after use, let it air dry (it will be sticky again when dry out) for next
usage, which could restore the cohesive and service life.
2.
The gel pad need to be replaced regularly, every pad could serve 30-50 times.
