Manufacturer declaration

With this declaration, we hereby confirm that the following product:
IBC funnel, electrically dissipative 230 342
is made from the electrically dissipative material ICORENE-Semi Conductives 1761 SC
Black 9002.
The permissible leakage resistance of 10 Ω in accordance with EN 60079-32-2:2015

Section 4.5 at a relative humidity of (25±5)% is undershot.
The permissible surface resistance of 10 Ω in accordance with EN IEC 60079-0:2018 at

a relative humidity of (30±5)% is undershot.
Notice: The characteristic values achieved refer exclusively to the funnel manufactured
on a rotation basis.
The image label and the sealing plug are not compliant with the permissible limits and
may need to be removed.

According to Section 3 (1) of the German Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health (BetrSichV),
the plant operator is obliged to carry out a risk assessment and also to produce an explosion
protection document in which appropriate protective measures are defined in order to avoid
explosion hazards.
The product must be included in these measures, such as equipotential bonding measures in
accordance with DIN EN 1127 and the German Technical Rule for Hazardous Substances
(TRGS) 727.
