Before first use
Use a damp cloth to wipe the drive knob (C)
and the blade (B).
Using your appliance
- Plug in the can opener.
2 - Hold the can opener by its handle and lift
magnet (A).
3 - Raise the lever with your thumb
- Position the can against the drive knob. The

magnet must be in contact with the top
of the can.

- Press on the lever with your thumb until the
can opener starts. The blade will
automatically pierce and open the can.
When the can opener starts, you may hear an
"engaging" noise, like a loud click. This is quite
normal and does not affect the use of the
product.
Once your can has completed one full rota-
tion, it is open.
- Lift the lever again. The can opener will stop
automatically.

The top of the can is held by the magnet.
Advice for use
- Larger cans of food must be manually
supported during opening.
- When cans are damaged it may be
necessary to try several times.
- Cans with special openings (manual) can be
opened at the bottom.
Cleaning
- After use, unplug the can opener.
- Clean the drive knob, the magnet and the
bodywork with a damp cloth.
- The lever (D) with the blade can be removed
for cleaning.
- To remove the lever, raise it completely and

pull it forwards.
Storage
For easy storage in a cupboard or drawer, you
can fold the magnet down.

What to do if your appliance
does not work
- Ensure that it is plugged in correctly.
- Check that your can opener is in the correct
position with respect to the can.
