Step # 4: Attach the Pedal (E) to the Base (A) together through
M10 X 20 Bolts (H) and Φ10 Washer

Step # 6: Add the Plastic Base Cover (F) to the top of Umbrella Base (A) .

(I). Tighten by #8 Hex Wrench.

Step # 5: Attach the Base Tube (D) to the Pedal (E) together
through M10 X 20 Bolts (H) and
Tighten by #8 Hex Wrench.
