Problem
The LED on the clamp module
turns red and you hear a beep.
The LED on the clamp module
doesn't light up and the F-505
doesn't work.
The F-505 doesn't have
enough power to start it up.
Cause
The clamps are connected
with the polarity reversed.
The battery voltage of the
F-505 is less than 9V.
The vehicle battery is
defective.
You're trying to start the
vehicle without the battery.
The vehicle battery voltage
is less than 2.5V.
The battery to be started
needs more than 200A.
Solution
Disconnect the clamps, press
the RESET button on the clamp
module and re-connect the
clamps correctly positioned.
Charge the F-505 until the
five LEDs stay on.
Replace the vehicle battery.
The F-505 doesn't work if there
is no battery in the vehicle.
Charge the vehicle battery.
The battery must have a
minimum voltage of 2.5V for
the F-505 to be able to start
it up.
Charge the F-505 until the
five LEDs stay on.
