The service address can be found in our warranty conditions and on
the warranty card.
Your appliance has been packed to protect it from damage during
transit.
 Carefully remove appliance from packaging.
 Remove all packaging materials.
 Remove any remaining packaging dust from the appliance and
components following the instructions given in the section
entitled "CLEANING AND CARE".
Using the appliance
Place the appliance close to a shockproof socket, ensuring that there
is free access to it.
Place the appliance on an even, dry, non-slip and heat resistant
surface. The surface should be easy to clean as splashes are not
always avoidable.
Attaching the handle to the frying basket:
 Hold the detachable handle (G) in your hand and press the two
angled ends of the wire legs together. Slide the legs into the
eyelets provided on the inside of the frying basket (D). Make
sure that the handle is inclined towards the inside of the
basket.
 After the angled ends have been inserted in the eyelets, fold
the handle outwards as far as it will go, until you feel the two
legs snap into place in the securing mechanism on the frying
basket(D).Make sure that they are secured firmly.
 Do not place the frying basket into the appliance until the
oil/fat is hot enough.
Be particularly careful during operation and when opening the
lid! Hot steam will Danger escape --danger of scalding!
