LIFETIME HAZARD WARRANTY
Carico International, Inc. agrees to replace any piece or component if stolen or
destroyed for one-half of the retail price at the time of replacement.
LIMITED ONE YEAR SERVICE
If within one year from the date of purchase, this air purifierfails due to a defect
in material or workmanship, CaricoI nternational, Inc. will repair or replace it,
free of charge.Warranty service is available by simply returning the air purifier-
to the address below.
This warranty DOES NOT cover the replacement cartridge.
This limited warranty does not apply to any part or componentthat is damaged
in transit or when handling has been subject to misuse, neglect or accident, or
altered in any such way that it's performance is affected.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights
which vary from state to state.
OZONE COIL WARRANTY
This Ozone Generating Coil is warranted to be free of any operating defects for
a period of 90-days from date of receipt providing Manufacturer's Warranty Card
has been completed for registration and mailed to Carico International, Inc.
Should any defect occur anytime within the 90-day warranty period, purchaser
is requested to contact either their Carico Distributor or Carico International, Inc.
directly. Depending on the nature of the defect encountered, a determination will
be made as to whether the entire air purifier unit should be returned for repair
or replacement by Carico International, Inc. Otherwise, purchaser will be
advised if the replacement ozone coil with instructions can be made available to
purchaser. After 90-days, and for the life of the air purifier, a determination will
be made by Carico International, Inc., and purchaser advised, as to whether the
air purifier unit should be returned for repair, or whether an ozone coil replace-
ment should be made. Repair or ozone coil replacement is made at cost of com-
ponent(s) part(s) plus shipping and handling.
CARTRIDGE WARRANTY
Carico International, Inc. guarantees its cartridges for twelve months (one year)
on a pro rata basis from the purchase date. To replace your cartridge sooner, for
any reason, you pay a minimum charge of 25% (three months of usage). After
that, your cartridge is pro-rated at one-twelfth its current replacement cost for
each month of use in excess of three months.
Cartridges returned to Carico under this warranty must be sent prepaid to the
address below with the pro rata charge and applicable sales tax included:
