The operating lever for manual release is located underneath the seat.

● Raising
- Take the weight of your body off of the seat as much as possible and
pull the operating lever upward.
● Lowering
- Leave the weight of your body on the seat and pull the operating lever
upward.

The backrest can be swiveled ±45°.
