Troubleshooting

Check the wall socket using another appliance.

Pierce the eggs with the egg pricker on the measur-
ing cup before cooking.
Fill the measuring cup provided with cold water and
pour the water into the water tank. Use the markings
on the measuring cup.
Check the position of the lid.
Clean and descale the appliance regularly. If heavily
limescaled, the limescale will be hard to remove.
