6.1- General Product Maintenance
Clean plastic parts with a soft clean cloth.
Do not use aggressive cleansers (solvents or abrasive cleansers), abrasive sponge or sharp objects.
Do not put or immerse product in water or any other liquid.
6.2- Specific Maintenance
6.2.1- Air filter
• Please remove the air filter cap after it is
used for 25 hours and clean the inside
impurity.
• When there is dirt on it, please clean it
carefully in the warm water with neutral
detergent. Reset it as it was after it is
thoroughly dried.
• Replace the filter felt if it is deformed or
broken
Remark: If the breather valve of the fuel tank filter and the fuel tank cap are clogged up, the engine
6.2.2- Fuel cock and fuel tank filter
a) Fuel cock cup cleaning
• Move the fuel valve to the OFF position, then
remove the fuel sediment cup and O-ring.
• Wash the sediment cup and O-ring in
nonflammable solvent and dry them thoroughly.
• Place the O-ring in the fuel valve and install the
sediment cup. Tighten the sediment cup securely.
• Move the fuel valve to the ON position, and check
for leaks. Replace the O-ring if there is any
leakage.
b) Fuel tank cap & filter
• Remove the fuel tank cap and filter.
• Wash the filter in nonflammable solvent and dry it
thoroughly.
