Dual Flush System Installation/Adjustment
1. Install "bottom-in" fill valve into tank. Unthread nut from
end leaving black rubber washer, place valve assembly
through hole, then tighten nut on the outside of the tank by
hand.
Adjust valve height:
a. Remove the white tab by pushing it down.
b. Now rotate the portion of the valve below the tap
counter clock-wise. Now raise or lower valve so it fits in
tank with the lid on.
c. Twist back clockwise and push the white tab back in
to lock in place.
2. Now adjust the height of the float bowl so that the tank
fills to the fill line and stops.
a. Slide the tab on the float bowl to open and slide the
bowl up or down to reach desired height. Adjust the
threaded rod with a screw driver as you slide the bowl
b. Slide tab back to close to lock in place.
3. Install flush valve housing into the tank flush hole.
- Make sure the arced steel piece is arc down
under the hole. Then use phillips head screw driver
to snug housing around the hole.
4. Next place flush valve in housing and rotate
clockwise to lock into place under the tabs. (NOTE:
to uninstall: rotate flush valve until it clicks and you
cannot rotate anymore. Then pull valve straight up
out of housing)
