Safety Tips

DO NOT pour boiling water into the whipper.
DO NOT use more than 1 charger per ½ litre of cream.
DO NOT put the whipper in a freezer. Store in a refrigerator if necessary.
DO NOT use the whipper if damaged.
Keep the cream whipper out of sun and away from heat.
Only open the top of the whipper when the charge is completely spent.
Operation
Charging the Bottle
1.
Unscrew the top of the whipper and fill the bottle with well-chilled fresh cream.
Note: Do not fill the whipper with more than half a litre of cream.
2.
Ensure the rubber washer is in place and replace the top of the whipper.
3.
Screw on the desired nozzle to the threaded valve cap (1).
4.
Remove the charger cap and insert the Nitrous Oxide (N
holder (2).
Note: Only use non-threaded chargers with the cream whipper.
5.
Screw the charger holder containing the charger onto the metal thread until the charge releases into the bottle (3).
6.
Shake the cream whipper 3-5 times in a vertical direction.
Note: Some heavier creams will require more shaking. Ensure it is well chilled before using.
7.
Unscrew and remove the charger holder with the charger.
8.
Replace the charger cap.
Dispensing the Cream
To dispense the cream:
1.
Turn the cream whipper upside down.
2.
With the nozzle approximately 0.5-1cm above the surface, gently depress the lever (4).
Note: If the whipped cream does not flow smoothly, shake the bottle and try again.
Clearing a Blockage
If the valve becomes clogged:
1.
Place the whipper on the countertop, and wait until contents have settled to the bottom.
2.
Cover the spout with a thick cloth, and depress the lever several times until the gas has completely discharged.
3.
Unscrew the top.
4.
Unscrew the nozzle and the valve cap and remove the valve (5). Rinse the valve in warm water to remove the
blockage.
Cleaning, Care & Maintenance
Always fully discharge the bottle before cleaning. Depress the handle to discharge.
This appliance and its attachments are NOT dishwasher safe. The valve can also be removed for cleaning.
Never store with cream in the nozzle. After use, remove the top and clean in warm soapy water.
Dry thoroughly after cleaning.
