BACON AND EGG SANDWICH
INGREDIENTS
•
1/2 cup sour cream
•
2 boiled eggs, cut into thin slices
•
8 bacon strips
•
8 slices of bread
•
4 green onions, chopped
•
4 slices of cheese
•
2 tablespoons butter, softened
DIRECTIONS
1.
Spread sour cream over bread slices
2. Top with onions, cheese, eggs, and bacon. Add other slice of
bread.
3. Spread butter on the outside of breads.
4. Toast sandwiches until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
5. Serve and enjoy!
