Troubleshooting tips...
Problem
Water on floor
Bucket Full LED light
flashing and E0 displayed
after pump mode selected
Water left in the bucket
when in pump mode
Save time and money! Review the chart below first and you may not need to call for service.
Possible Causes
No condensate hose.
Loose condensate hose
connection or cracked
condensate hose.
Bucket may not be fully
seated.
Pump not operating properly
Clogged bucket filter
This is normal
What To Do
• Make sure pump hose is connected if Internal Pump On
is selected.
• Make sure the condensate hose connection is tight
(cannot be pulled loose) and that nothing is blocking
the condensate hose.
• Remove and reinstall bucket, making sure the bucket is fully
inserted.
• The dehumidifier will revert to bucket condensate collection
if the pump is not working properly. Check to make sure the
condensate hose is not blocked, kinked or crimped.
• Check bucket filter as shown in Care and Cleaning of the
Dehumidifier to make sure it is not clogged.
• It is normal to have water left in the bucket even after pump
operation. Make sure to empty the bucket before long-term storage.
