Length of blade should overlap form boards on both
sides of the pour.
Keep bottom of blade as flat as possible while striking
off of forms.
To ensure the longest possible blade life, use the
lowest possible vibration setting in relationship to the
slump of concrete being used.
TRAILING EDGE
An elevated trailing edge may provide an area for
concrete to build up resulting in a slab elevation that
is too high.
