OPERATION
USING THE RIP GUIDE
See Figure 13.
The rip guide can be used on either the left or the right side of
the cutting wheel. The flat side of the rip guide must always
be facing the cutting wheel. The locking lever assembly can
be repositioned for either side of the rip guide.
Place the rip guide in the desired position using the rip
guide scale located on front of the saw table.
Push the locking lever down to secure to the saw table.
When securely locked, the locking lever should point
downward.
To move the locking lever assembly:
Unlock the rip guide and remove the guide from the saw
table.
Remove the miter guide from the rip guide.
Loosen the lever assembly knob until the locking lever
assembly can be removed.
Turn the rip guide around until the flat side of the rip guide
is facing the cutting wheel.
Place the screw in the slot on the top of the locking lever
assembly.
NOTE: The flat washer should be against the bottom of
the lever assembly knob.
Tighten the lever assembly knob securely.
USING THE MITER GUIDE
See Figure 14.
To adjust angles:
Attach the miter guide to the rip guide.
Loosen the lock knob and move the miter guide to the
desired position.
Tighten securely the lock knob.
