If the appliance should stop during operation press the button in the REV. position If the
appliance should still remain blocked, turn it off and remove the plug from the socket.
Open the inlet and remove the excess food to resume the process.

Proceed as follows after having assembled the appliance:
•
Insert the plug in the socket.
•
Place the juice container in front of the dispensing nozzle and the pulp waste container
in front of the pulp waste outlet.
•
The hermetic spout may be left in the closed position if you wish to extract juice from
various types of fruit and vegetables. In this case do not allow the juice to exceed the
maximum quantity indicated on the container, as it might leak out.
•
Start the appliance by pressing the ON/OFF button into ON.
•
Place the food inside the hopper.
•
After adding the last ingredient, let the juicer operate until all the juice obtained is fed
out of the container.
•
Turn the appliance off by pressing the ON/OFF button into 0.
•
Disconnect the plug from the socket.
•
Immediately clean the parts that have come into contact with food as described in the
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE chapter.
WARNING! Detachable parts shall not be washed in a
dishwasher.
Always pull the plug out of the electric power socket
before cleaning or maintenance.
After using the appliance, clean it immediately to prevent the food from clogging the
stainless steel filter when it dries.
•
For easier removal of pulp and fibres, close the airtight spout, switch the juicer on and
pour water in the hopper tube. Operate the juicer for about 20 seconds, place the juice
container under the spout and open the airtight spout for the water to drain out.
•
Disconnect the plug from the socket.
•
Release the hopper from the juicing container by rotating it anti-clockwise [Fig. I].
•
remove the juicing container lifting it from the motor casing [Fig. L].
•
Tilt the filters and remove the auger and then the mixer [Fig. M].
•
Clean the pulp outlet under a jet of water by opening the silicone flap [Fig. N].
•
Wash the removable parts: the presser, the inlet, the inlet lid, the nozzle, the auger, the
filters, the mixer, the juice container, the accessory for sorbets and containers for juice
and pulp waste by hand.
•
Clean the filters outside and inside with the brush supplied [Fig. O].
•
Never immerse the washable parts in water hotter than 60°C.
•
Clean the motor casing with a damp, well-wrung sponge.
•
Dry with a dry cloth.
