5.2 Use

WARNING
The set-up of the device installation and maintenance must be carried out by professionals only.
• Do not leave the appliance running without supervising it.
• During use, your hands should be dry.
• Do not move or tilt the device during operation.
MANUAL
The device must be completely removed from its packaging. All protections must be completely removed.
Place the unit upright on a solid, flat surface. Never put the bain-marie on a flammable surface.
Do not install this appliance near open fires, or other heating appliances.
The electrical cable should be protected to at least 16 amps. The device must be plugged directly into a wall
outlet. Using a multiple socket will cause the device to trip.
Clean the device before first use.
Fill the water tank up to the Max level indicated inside the tank. The water level must not be lower than the
Min level.
The device must not be used without water.
Plug in the appliance, once plugged in the green indicator light comes on. Turn the temperature control knob.
The adjustable temperature can be between 0 ° and 90 ° C
When the selected temperature is reached, the indicator light goes out.
When the temperature drops, the appliance begins to heat up again and the green light comes on again.
Place a suitable GN container in the container without touching the heating appliance and the protective aid.
Never operate the appliance without water.
The appliance must be drained with an unplugged and cooled appliance.

After automatic shutdown, the device can only be put into service by pressing the Reset button on the back
of the device, wait for the temperature to drop, press the Reset button.
