Remove the product from its packaging.
Place the device upright on a solid, flat surface; never place it on a flammable surface.
Do not install it near a heating appliance.
Plug in the appliance then press the switch, the indicator light comes on, and indicates that the appliance is
working.
The appliance will reach operating temperature in 10-15 minutes.
o For the CCP3 device, use position 1 for heating and 2 for temperature maintenance (2 power levels)
o For the CCP4, the heat output is automatically regulated by the appliance
Place hot dog buns when serving temperature is reached.
Be careful, to avoid burns, place the breads carefully using tongs.
Remove breads with tongs when they are reheated.
NOTE
The device is fitted with a safety system in the event of overheating. If tripped, unplug the device and allow it
to cool. If this protection system operates regularly, it is imperative to contact your dealer.
After automatic shutdown, the device can only be put into service by pressing the Reset button on the back
of the device, wait for the temperature to drop, press the Reset button.
