3. The operating vehicle cigarette lighter socket has a negative
center post.
Problem:
The green "power" LED illuminates, but the red charging LED panel does nOT
illuminate in sequence.
Possible Causes:
1. The red plug has not been properly inserted into the vehicle with the "run-
down" battery.
2. The ignition lock of the vehicle with the "run-down" battery is not in the
"accessory" position.
3. The vehicle with the "run-down" battery has a negative center post on
cigarette lighter socket.
Problem:
The vehicle with the "run-down" battery will not start after 10 minutes.
Possible Causes:
1. The battery in this vehicle is fully discharged or shortened internally.
2. There is not sufficient electric power in the "run-down" battery to start the
engine.
3. system plugs are nOT properly inserted in cigarette lighter sockets.
