WARRANTY INFORMATION

One year, if invoiced to a company or professional (with VAT number).

Two years, if fiscal documents indicate that it was sold to a private citizen.

This warranty applies in the event of a defect in conformity of product features.


Warranty restrictions: this warranty does not apply in the following cases:

No proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

Tampering, forcing and damages on the hardware and screen, created for
any reason.

Other defects resulting from: inappropriate use, unauthorized changes,
incorrect maintenance; defects due to the use of parts other than those
supplied and all items not designed to be used with the product.
The above refers to legislative decree dated February 2, 2002. Implementing Directive
1999/44/EC.
BRIEF DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with directives 2011/65/CE and
1999/5/EC of the European Parliament and the European Commission, referring to radio
equipment and telecommunications and their mutual recognition. The declaration of
conformity is available at our office and on-line at the following link: ftp:\\ftp.hellatron.it
(user name: declaration@hellatron pwd: hellatron). This device may therefore be used in all
countries in the European Economic Community, provided it is used in compliance with any
rules and regulations that may be applicable in the country where the device is used. Users
must obtain information on any applicable rules and regulations, and find out whether use
of the product on public roads or in public spaces is permitted under these regulations.

committed by the user while using the product.
