BEFORE FIRST TIME USE
During manufacturing, parts of the product are coated with a thin oil film for their protection. To
remove production residue, run the product for approx. 10 minutes without foodstuffs. Make sure there
is sufficient ventilation as a slight odor and some smoke may occur. This is normal and will disappear
shortly.
GENERAL OPERATION

Connect the power plug to a suitable power outlet.

The red and green indicator lights turn on when the product is connected. Green light will turn OFF
when the temperature is reached.
CAUTION
Surfaces get hot during operation. Never touch the hotplates with sharp or abrasive items, as this
would damage the hotplate surfaces.
CHANGING HOTPLATES
Push release tabs and remove the cooking hotplates.

Fit the cooking hotplate at the hinge and push slightly until it clicks into place.
SANDWICH TOASTING
While the product heats up, you can butter the toast and prepare the fillings. We recommend using only
slices of toast, which have the same shape as the hotplates of the product.
Open the product and place slices of toast on the sandwich plates.

Add the filling and the top toast slices.

Close the product firmly and locking it with the handle latch.
Note: After about 2-3 minutes the sandwiches are ready.
Unlock the handle latch and open the lid carefully by using the handle.

Use a heat-resistant plastic or wooden spatula to take out the finished sandwich.

10 Unplug the power plug from the power outlet.
