Care and Maintenance for KRION™ countertops in Satin Finish.

A newly installed MOOD countertop has a satin appearance. The Satin finish is characterized by a light gloss
and is recommended for domestic and commercial use, mainly because of its easy cleaning and maintenance.
The surface finish may vary according to the maintenance carried out.
For a perfect finish, always rub in a circular motion and apply cleaning treatments evenly across the surface.
Darker colours may need more frequent maintenance to maintain its uniform finish.
For Daily Cleaning.
Clean with a damp cloth and soft cream with micro-particles cleaners. Then rinse and towel dry the surface.
For daily maintenance we recommend the use of cream bleach or products like CIF® or VIM® cream.
For stubborn stains.
Apply a daily cleaner of soft cream with micro-particles with a Scotch Brite® Blue and rub in a circular motion.
Then rinse and towel dry the surface. Once removed the stain, carry out daily cleaning with a damp cloth to
homogenize the surface.
For persistent stains.
Apply a daily cleaner of so
ft cream Scoth Brite® Green, only in the area of the stain in a gentle circular motion. Then perform the same
operation with the Scoth Brite® Blue repeating the same operation but with a damp cloth and expanding the
area of application to obtain a uniform finish.
Care guidelines. WARNINGS
.Avoid sliding heavy or hard objects on the surface.
.Avoid harmful chemical products such as drain cleaners or paint solvents. Quickly remove any splashes
of chemical products using plenty of soapy water to prevent damage.
.Avoid hitting objects against the KRION™ countertops.
Repairs
KRION™ is a solid, uniform and repairable material. For most accidental damage caused by impact, heat or
chemical products, the repairs can be carried out where the material is installed. When carrying out repairs,
always use specialists in KRION™.
KRION™ is a completely renewable surface, and is uniform throughout its entire thickness. Small cuts and
scratches can be removed using a cotton cloth, always rubbing in a circular motion. Carry out the regeneration
treatment evenly over the whole surface.
In the case of deeper cuts, it is advisable to contact specialists in repairing KRION™.
