Automatic mode Switch 4 OFF
The operations of the automatism are carried out by means of the alternative push button "Alt-P" or using a
Vario Code transmitter. The operation ends when the functioning time is over. If during the opening opera-
tion an order is given, the operation ends and the closing will not activate. If during the closing operation an
order is given, this causes the interruption of the same. The activation of the "Sec.Close", during the closing
operation, causes the reversal of the latter, passing consequently to the opening manoeuvre. The activation
of the " Sec.1 Close / Edge", configured as a photocell (switch 5 OFF) or as a safety sensitive edge (switch 5
ON), during the closing operation causes the inversion of the latter, passing consequently to the opening
manoeuvre. The enabling of "Sec 2 Open "stops the operation when opening.
Deadman Mode Switch 4 ON
The operations are carried out by means of the alternative push button " P. Alt " that has the opening button
function, and the input "Sec Close 1 / Edge " with Normally Open contacts which has the push button closing
function. If we use a Vario Code transmitter, one of keys function works to open, the other to close. With the
switch 5 OFF, the opening is automatic and the closing works in Deadman mode. With the switch 5 ON both
the opening and the closure work in Deadman mode.
Photocells Test
At the beginning of each operation, the control unit executes a diagnosis of the photocells, as long as the
switch 6 is ON. Once the control unit is connected, it must check the correct performance of the photocells
in order to verify that they are equipped with test function. The control unit considers independent the 3
photocell inputs "Sec.Close", "Sec.1 Close / Edge" and " Sec.2 Open ".
For example, in case of a photocell with "Sec.1 Close" input and a bridge " Sec 1 Close / Edge", the control unit
recognises the photocell with test "Sec.Close" and the photocell without test "Close Seg.1 / Edge". If the pho-
tocell test does not succeed, the control unit indicates so by a flashing relay and does not allow any operation
until a correct performance of the photocell. The error can be cleared by placing the switch 6 to OFF.
Storing transmitter codes
To store the codes of the transmitters, the control unit must be in a stable position, the door closed or open.
a) Manual Storing
To store a code, press the program button PROG for 1.5 seconds. The red Led lights on, and when the button
is released, the LED keeps lit indicating that the device is ready to store the code of the transmitter. From this
moment on, any code will be stored. To do this, press the transmitter function with which we want to enable
the automatism. The red LED, accompanied by the buzz begins to flash confirming the execution of the
storage. After 10 seconds of the last reception of a code, the unit will automatically exit the storage mode by
turning off the red LED and emitting two short beeps.
b) Storing via radio transmitter
To use this system, it is necessary to place the switch 3 in ON position and at least one must have previously
stored code with the system a).
Press the special function of a previously stored transmitter because the device enters the code sequence,
the red LED lights and activate the buzzer. From this moment, any code received with the same function, with
which you have stored the transmitter used with the special function, will be stored.
To do this, press the transmitter with the same previously function stored by the transmitter used for this
system. To store any other function (button) use the system a). We will get confirmation of storage by means
of light flashing red LED and a short beep. The control panel will automatically exit the storage mode after 10
seconds of the last reception of a code, turning off the red LED and emitting two short beeps. You can force
the exit before time by pressing the special function of a transmitter memory.
