A - TIG pulse selection:
Starting from TIG process (led 5 on), press key button 14, until led 13 (pulse mode) lights on.
To deactivate pulse mode, press key button 14, led 13 off.
B - TIG Lift Arc selection (without high frequency) :
Press key button 7, led 8 off.
C - TIG HF (high frequency) selection :
Press key button 7, led 8 lights on.
D - 2T or 4T selection:
Press key button 11 to select 2T, led 12 off or 4T led 10 on.
E - Adjusting TIG parameters :
E.1 - Gas pre-flow:
Adjust gas pre-flow time with knob 3 between 0,1 and 2,3 seconds, then press key button 6
during 1 second, until led 4 twinkles. Gas pre-flow time is programmed.
Note: In Lift Arc mode, gas pre-flow is adjusted manually by the operator.
E.2 - Gas post-flow :
Adjust gas post-flow time with knob 9 between 0,4 and 20 seconds, then press key button 11
during 1 second, until led 10 twinkles. Gas post-flow time is programmed.
Note: In pulsed TIG, up-slope and down-slope are deactivated.
E.3 - Pick current (Ip):
Adjust pick current with knob1. This value will be displayed.
E.4 - Base current (Ib):
Adjust base current with knob 15 (% Ip).
E.5 - Pick time (tp:
Adjust pick time with knob 3 between 0,02 and 2,0 seconds. During welding, led 13 (pulse)
is on during selected pick time.
E.6 - Base time (tb):
Adjust base time with knob 9 between 0,02 and 2,0 seconds. During welding, led 13 (pulse)
is off during selected base time.
Note: These parameters will remain saved after turning off the machine.
Pulsed frequency will change between 0,2 Hz and 17 Hz, according to selected time.
