When assembling the roof, it
is
important
to drill the
screws at
the
top
end
of
the panel and to
make sure
that
screws
penetrate through

order to achieve maximum durability.

Step 22:
Please
apply silicone
(caulk) sealant at
the connection between both
Aluminum
profiles (diagram
b), in
order to prevent water from seeping
in.
Step 36: Note
that
panels and profiles are
connected
in
the right direction and
that
the profile
holes are placed
correctly
as
illustrated.
Step 38:
Push
aluminum profiles against part #8439
and
then
use
Self-Drilling
screws
(4045#) to connect to the profile (Diagram b).
No pre holes
is
needed.
Step 43: Anchor the
shed on
to
a
solid surface such
as
concrete or asphalt;
use
suitable
screws
and plugs.

not supplied).

Anchoring this product to the ground
is
essential to its
stability
and
rigidity.
It
is
required to complete this stage
in
order for your warranty to
be
valid.
Do
not tighten
screws and nuts

until completion of
assembly
