Fit the fastening frame and the condenser at the DAF 95/105/106
Space Cab/Super Space Cab as follows:
➤ Insert and tighten the four M8 x 30 bolts, eight U washers M8 8.4 x 16 mm and
four M8 retaining nuts (fig. 1, page 2) in the mounting frame for the condenser
unit.
➤ Insert the rubber damper on the back of the mounting frame.
➤ Take out the two existing M10 screws and M10 nuts (fig. 2 1 and 2, page 3).
➤ Attach the mounting frame with the ribbed bolts and retaining nuts provided:
– Two U washers M10 10.5 x 20 and two retaining nuts M10 (fig. 2 1, page 3)
– Two ribbed bolts M10 x 40 (fig. 2 2, page 3)
➤ Place the condenser unit on the projecting bolts of the mounting frame and bolt
to the four U washers M8 8.4 x 16 mm and four M8 retaining nuts.
➤ Check that all bolts are still tight after travelling approximately 200 km.
