The product is packaged in recyclable materials. Dispose of it
in accordance with the environmental protection regulations.
Pursuant to Directive 2012/19/EU on waste electrical and
electronic equipment (WEEE), the crossed bin symbol on the
appliance or its packaging indicates that the appliance must be
disposed of separately from other waste at the end of its useful
life.
The user must therefore take the appliance to an appropriate
recycling centre for electrical and electronic equipment.
Alternatively, instead of handling the disposal, the appliance can
be handed over to the retailer when a new, equivalent appliance is
purchased. Users may hand over used electronic products measuring
less than 25 cm in size to any retailer of electronic products with a
sales floor space of 400 m
obligation to purchase a new appliance. The appropriate differentiated
collection of the appliance at the end of its life for subsequent recycling
and environmentally compatible waste treatment and/or disposal
contribute to avoiding the harmful effects of waste on the environment
and health, and allows the materials of which the appliance is made to
be reused for other applications.
