Trouble shooting
The keyboard does not work.
• Try to restart your computer.
• Reconnect keyboard USB plug to another computer's USB port.
• Check that the keyboard USB plug is firmly attached to the USB port on your computer.
• Check that the keyboard USB cord is not damaged.
