Position the scale on a flat level surface.
1) Press the ON/OFF button to turn the scale on.
2) '----' will flash.WAIT.
3) Zero is displayed.
4) Whilst zero is displayed, step onto the platform
and stand still.
5) After a few seconds your weight is displayed.
'Lo' = replace battery.
