Using deterrence features

Configure smart deterrence camera settings. For a complete list of compatible cameras, navigate to
your recorder series at lorex.com/compatibility.
To configure deterrence settings:
1. From the camera's live view, right-click and then click Main Menu.
2. Enter the system user name (default: admin) and password.
3. Click EVENTS > Event Settings > Motion > Smd/Deterrence.
4. Configure the following:
a. Under Camera, select the
channel connected to a
smart deterrence camera.
b. Check Person and/or Vehicle
to disable or enable each
type of smart detection.
c. Click Set > Area under each
detection type you have
enabled to set the active
areas.
d. Click Set > Schedule to set
the weekly schedule.
