5 Commissioning

5 Commissioning
Before commissioning, the proper seat of all
jumpers must be ensured. For
commissioning, proceed as follows:
1 Remove the isolating strips between the
holder and the battery, and check to see if
the battery is properly inserted in the
battery holder. If not, insert a battery
according to the instructions in section 4.1.
2 Insert the SE311 into the system box or
BT300.
3 Turn on the voltage supply for the system
box or card rack.
4 Connect the operating computer and set
the time with the BS300 system if
operated without a KE.
5 Configure the interfaces and program the
tightening system.
5.1 Display elements
Two LEDs are installed on the front panel of
the SE311 tightening controller which
indicate the operating states:
LED
Green
Ready for operation
Red flashing
System error
Green flashing
Nutrunner in bypass
Nutrunner in sequence
