- Read these instructions carefully before switching on the appliance and keep
them for future reference. Failure to follow and observe these instructions may
result in an accident.
Safety advice and warnings
CAUTION: Some parts of this
product may become very hot
and cause burns. Pay parti-
cular attention when children
and vulnerable people are
present.
- The appliance must not be placed
below a power socket.
- Children under 3 years old must be
kept out of reach of the appliance un-
less they are continuously supervised.
- Children of between 3 and 8 years
old may only switch the appliance on
or off if it has been placed or installed in
its designated normal working position
and if they are supervised or have
received instructions relating to the safe
use of the appliance and understand
the risks the appliance has.
-This appliance can be used by people
unused to its handling, disabled people
or children aged from 8 years and abo-
ve if they have been given supervision
or instruction concerning use of the
appliance in a safe way and unders-
tand the hazards involved.
- Cleaning and user maintenance shall
not be made by children unless they
are supervised

old may not plug in, adjust or clean the
appliance or carry out maintenance
operations.
- This appliance is not a toy. Children
should be supervised to ensure that
they do not play with the appliance.
- Do not use the appliance near
bathtubs, showers or swimming pools.
- If the connection is damaged it must
be replaced. Take the appliance to
an authorised Technical Assistance
Service. Do not try to dismantle or
repair without assistance, as this may
be dangerous.
This symbol means that the
appliance must not be covered.
- CAUTION: In order to prevent over-
heating, do not cover the appliance.
- Ensure that the voltage indicated on the nameplate matches the mains
voltage before plugging in the appliance.
- Connect the appliance to a base with an earth socket withstanding a minimum
of 16 amperes.
- The appliance's plug must fit into the mains socket properly. Do not alter the
plug. Do not use plug adaptors.
-The appliance should be used and kept over a flat and stable surface.
- Place the appliance on a horizontal, flat, stable surface away from heat
sources and contact with water (splashes etc.).

from the mains to prevent the possibility of an electric shock.

- Do not use the appliance with damp hands or feet, or when barefooted.
- Never use the electric wire to lift up, carry or unplug the appliance.
- Do not wrap the cable around the appliance.
- Ensure that the electric cable does not get trapped or tangled.
- Do not allow the connection cable to come into contact with the appliance's
hot surfaces.
- Keep the appliance well away from heat sources, oil, sharp edges or moving
parts.
- Check the condition of the electrical connection cable. Damaged or tangled
cables increase the risk of electric shock.
- This appliance is suitable for outdoor use.
- If using the appliance outdoors, use a suitable cord extension.
- The power cord must be regularly examined for signs of damage and if
damaged, the appliance must not be used.
- As an additional protection to the electrical supply for the appliance, it is
advisable to have a differential current device with a maximum sensitivity of
30mA. Ask for advice from a competent installer.
- Do not leave the appliance out in the rain or exposed to moisture. If water
