USING YOUR WAFFLE PLATES
1. Plug in the grill and press the power button to turn on.
2. Set temperature at 375° F (or to your desired cooking temperature
according to the recipe or package directions) and allow grill to preheat
for at least 5 minutes.
3. Using a pot holder, carefully open the preheated grill.
4. Pour about ½ cup waffle batter onto both sections of the bottom waffle plate.
Note: Do not overload the cooking plate.
5. Close the grill cover.
Important: Do not leave the appliance unattended during use.
6. Bake until steaming stops, about 5 minutes. Set the countdown timer on the
top of the grill and a signal bell will sound when cooking is complete.
7. Using a pot holder, carefully open the grill cover.
8. When finished cooking, remove cooked waffles from the plates using a
plastic spatula or another non-metallic utensil.
Note: Always use heatproof plastic, silicone or wood utensils to avoid
scratching the nonstick surface. Never use metal skewers, tongs, forks or
knives.
9. Press the power button and unplug to turn the grill off.
