ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
1.
Shut off power at the fuse box or circuit breaker box, if necessary remove old
fixture and all mounting hardware from outlet box.
2.
Carefully unpack your new fixture and lay out all the parts on a clear area, Take
care not to lose any small parts necessary for installation.
3.
Insert Rubber Bushing (#4) to the hole of glass panel, align the hole on Glass
Panel (#5) with the tapped holes on the L shape Chip (#13) and secure them with
Screw (#3).
