Possible Causes
• The washer automatically
adjusts the wash time for the
amount of laundry, water
pressure, water temperature,
and other operating
conditions.
• Inside of tub not cleaned
properly.
• This is normal.
• Washer not unloaded
promptly.
• Washer overloaded.
• Hot and cold water inlet
hoses are reversed.
• This is normal.
Solutions
• This is normal. The washer adjusts cycle
time automatically to provide optimal
results for the selected cycle.
• Run the TUB CLEAN cycle regularly. Be
sure to wipe around and under the door
seal frequently.
• Because it uses pressurized steam, the
washer requires very small amounts of
steam to achieve optimal results. Excess
steam could damage fabrics and reduce
efficiency.
• Always remove items from the washer as
soon as the cycle is completed.
• The washer can be fully loaded, but the
drum should not be tightly packed with
items. The door of the washer should close
easily.
• Hot water rinse can set wrinkles in
garments. Check the inlet hose
connections.
• The drum light shuts off automatically
when the washer starts. Press and hold the
STAIN CARE button for 3 seconds to turn
on the light; it will turn off automatically
after 4 minutes.
