- Put the knob in place and turn it anticlockwise to the low flame position (photo
14).
- Take out the knob and adjust the height of the low flame by turning the screw as
shown in photo 15; it must be about half the height of the high flame.
(In any case, when on low flame, the oven temperature must never rise, but be
maintained)
- Insert the knob again. The low flame and the high flame are pre-adjusted and the
heat demand can be changed with the knob according to the product to be
baked.
