RENEW YOUR FAUCET IN MINUTES AFTER
YEARS OF SERVICE
Your American Craft ® faucet will give you years of trouble-free performance.
When maintenance is eventually called for, it's a quick clean job with one
of the inexpensive Peerless repair kits available where you bought your
faucet. The replacement parts in these kits will restore your faucet to
the same new condition as the day you bought it. Should you ever need
replacement parts that are not included in the regular parts kits, simply write
to: Peerless Customer Service, 55 East 111th St. Indianapolis, Indiana
46280, or call (317) 848-7933.
MAINTENANCE
IMPORTANT–After any maintenance, thoroughly flush the faucet as
previously stated in the installation instructions.
When replacing a part, follow the illustrated instructions provided
on the back of the Repair Part Kit.
SHUT OFF WATER SUPPLIES.
If faucet leaks from tub spout/showerhead:
Replace Seats & Springs (1),* Repair Kit RP4993.
If leak persists:
Replace Stem Unit Assembly (2),* Repair Kit RP1740.
If faucet exhibits very low flow:
A. Remove and clean Showerhead (4), or
B. Clean Seats & Springs (1) of any debris.
* Install stems (2) correctly for proper handle rotation:
For knob handles, the stops (3) must point to the center of the faucet.
Limited Warranty
All parts of the American Craft ® faucet by Masco Plumbing Products Division are warranted to the
original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of
five (5) years from date of purchase as shown on purchasers receipt.
Masco Plumbing Products Division will replace, FREE OF CHARGE, during the warranty period,
any part which proves defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use, and
service. Replacement parts can be obtained from your dealer or by returning the part to our facto-
ry. TRANSPORTATION CHARGES PREPAID, at the address listed below. THIS WARRANTY IS
THE EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY GRANTED BY MASCO PLUMBING PRODUCTS DIVISION AND
IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MER-
CHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND IS FURTHER LIMITED TO
DEFECTIVE PARTS REPLACEMENT ONLY. LABOR CHARGES AND/OR DAMAGE INCURRED
IN INSTALLATION, REPAIR, OR REPLACEMENT AS WELL AS INCIDENTAL AND CONSE-
QUENTIAL DAMAGES CONNECTED THEREWITH ARE EXCLUDED AND WILL NOT BE PAID
BY MASCO PLUMBING PRODUCTS DIVISION .
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the
above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Any damage to this faucet as a result of mis-
use, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, any use violative of instructions furnished by
us, or any use of replacement parts other than genuine Delta ® parts, WILL VOID THE WARRAN-
TY.

Su llave American Craft le dará años de servicio libre de problemas.
®
Cuando necesite eventualmente de mantenimiento, será cuestión de un
trabajo rápido y limpio con uno de los equipos para reparación de Peerless
disponible donde usted compró su llave. Las piezas de repuesto contenidas
en estos equipos restaurarán su llave a la misma condición nueva, como el
día que usted la compró. Si usted llegará a necesitar piezas de repuesto que
no están incluidas en el equipo regular para reparaciones, simplemente

MANTENIMIENTO
IMPORTANTE–Después de hacer cualquier mantenimiento, deje
correr el agua para limpiar las líneas, como se indicó previamente en
las instrucciones para la instalación.
Cuando reemplace una pieza, siga las instrucciones ilustradas
proporcionadas en la parte de atrás del Equipo de Reparación
de Piezas.
CIERRE LOS SUMINISTROS DE AGUA.
Si la llave tiene fugas por la salida de bañera/ducha:
Reemplace los Asientos y Resortes (1),* Equipo de Reparación RP4993.
Si la filtración persiste:
Reemplace el ensamble de la unidad del vástago (2),* Equipo de
Reparación RP1740.
Si la llave muestra flujo muy bajo:
A. Quite y limpie la Cabeza de Regadera (4), o
B. Limpie los Asientos y Resortes (1) de cualquier escombro.
* Instale las espigas (2) correctamente para una giración correcta de
la manija:
Para manijas tipo perilla, los topes (3) deben de señalar al centro de
la llave.

Garantia Limitada
Todos los componentes de la llave American Craft ® , fabricada por Masco Plumbing Products
Division, están garantizados al consumidor original contra defectos de materiales o de fabri-
caciónpor un período de cinco (5) años a partir de la fecha de compra, según conste en el com-
probante de venta.
Masco Plumbing Products Division reemplazará, SIN COSTO ALGUNO, y durante dicho período
de garantía, cualquier componente que resulte defectuoso en materiales o en fabricación, bajo
condiciones normales de instalación, uso y servicio. Se pueden obtener repuestos de su dis-
tribuidor local, o bien enviando el componente defectuoso a nuestra fábrica, CON COSTOS DE
ENVIO PAGADOS POR ANTICIPADO, a la dirección indicada abajo. LA PRESENTE GARANTIA

DECLARA EN LUGAR DE TODA OTRA GARANTIA, INCLUSO GARANTIAS IMPLICITAS DE
MERCADEO O DE ADECUACION PARA UN PROPOSITO DADO, Y ESTA LIMITADA ADEMAS
AL REEMPLAZO DE COMPONENTES DEFECTUOSOS. LOS COSTOS DE MANO DE OBRA
Y/O LOS DE DAÑOS OCURRIDOS A CONSECUENCIA DE LA INSTALACION, REPARACION
