INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Before installation, read all information provided. Follow
instructions as published in the Brightwell
ECOMIX Compact Instruction Manual, included with the
unit at shipping.
Working pressure range 30–70 psi (2–5 bar). Minimum
water flow required HF=2.1 gal/m (7.9L p/m). Water
temperature range 40–150°F (4–65°C). Dilution ratios
as published on the enclosed Dilution Ratio Guide are
recorded with water mains at 40 psi (2.76 bar). Please
note that dilution ratios can change as a result of
changes to pressure, temperature and chemical velocity.
Installers must refer to the manual for the correct
installation instructions.
PROSOCO RECOMMENDED DILUTION SETTING
Follow the instructions published in the Brightwell
High Flow ECOMIX Compact Instruction Manual for
adjusting the chemical dilution dial. For use with
Consolideck LSKlean and/or DailyKlean:

High Flow Dispenser Setting is I
Dilution Ratio of 128:1 at 1-oz/gallon (8 mL/liter)
Dispenser dial must be set to "I" prior to use with
DailyKlean or LSKlean. When set properly, the
Brightwell chemical dilution dial will show the letter I

at the top (in the 12:00 position).
The Brightwell High Flow ECOMIX Compact Dispenser
®
is for use with LSKlean and DailyKlean packaged in
1-gallon, 5-gallon or 55-gallon containers.

MAINTENANCE
Proper and periodic maintenance is essential for
continued effective performance of the Brightwell
Dispensers. Brightwell
®

Checks should also be made periodically for kinking of
tubes. Failure to maintain equipment correctly is likely to
affect performance and/or the lifespan of such equipment
and may also invalidate any warranties provided.
COMPLIANCE
Please observe local water regulations regarding
backflow prevention. PROSOCO, Inc. and Brightwell
Dispensers will not accept any liability for water
contamination, flooding or issues caused by incorrect
dilution ratios or installation. Responsibility for
ensuring correct installation and dilution ratios rests
solely with the installer.
SAFETY
Wear protective clothing, gloves, and face and eye
protection as needed when installing dispensers or
handling chemicals. Obtain, read and follow all safety
and precautionary instructions for PROSOCO products,
especially Hazard Statements and Precautionary
Statements. Before overall use of Consolideck
cleaners, ALWAYS TEST each type of surface and coating
for suitability and results before overall application. Test
using the published application instructions. Let test area
dry thoroughly before inspection.
