INSTALACION
Antes de Instalar su grifería VAINSA, asegúrese que las tuberías de abasteciemiento estén limpias de impurezas.
PREPARACION
La altura aproximada de la instalación es:
Tina = 600 a 650 mm; Lavatorio=1100 a 1200 mm.(Fig A).
Retirar las perillas y canoplas del cuerpo y en su lugar colocar los canutos plásticos.
(1). Empotrar el cuerpo de tal forma que la distancia de los extremos de los ejes de los sistemas de cierre(8) de la mezcladora , hasta la
superficie de la pared terminada incluyendo la mayólica, mármol u otro acabado, sea de 45mm como mínimo y 51mm máximo ver Fig(B).
(2). Usar los canutos protectores como referencia para empotrar en la pared, durante el tarrajeo como protección del lateral roscado y el sistema
de cierre, ver Fig(B).
(3). Instalar el Pico según el orden indicado en la Fig(C). Usar cinta teflón en la rosca, para fijar el pico poner y la arandela asegurando con la
tuerca hexagonal según lo indica la Fig(C).
(4). Una vez fijado el pico, asegure la canopla con el Aro de Fijación. Ver Fig(C).
PUESTA EN FUNCIONAMIENTO
Después de colocar las canoplas y las perillas en el cuerpo instalado, abrir las llaves de abastecimiento de agua al sector, deje salir agua por el
codo superior de la mezcladora por unos minutos para eliminar impurezas propias de la instalación.

Before installing your VAINSA faucet, be sure that water supply pipes are debris-free.
PREPARATION
The aproximated height of installation is:

Remove the handles from the body and in its place put the plastic.
(1). Set the master-body in to the wall so that the distance from the tips of the valve stems to the face of the finished wall-tiles, marble or any
other finish, included -is 45mm. min and max 51mm. Pic(B).
(2). When plastering, slip on the shielding tubes to protect the lateral valve mechanisms and threads, see Pic (B).
(3). Fit the , in the same order laid in Pic (C). Use teflon tape on the tread, and to attach the spout, slip on the gasket and washer, the secure
them with the hexagonal nut as shown in Pic (C).
(4). Once the spout is attached, fasted the escutcheon by screwing down the outer nut. Pic(C).
SETTING UP
After placing the escutcheons and handles in the installed body, open the water supply valves to the sector, let water flow through the mixer upper
elbow for a few minutes, to flush out impurities from the installation.
