ATTENTION: Installing our product won't be possible if the following
instructions are not applied correctly.
1. Make sure that you have all the components in the box: Heater, plastic
cover, 4 screws and the heater core replacement guide. (picture A)
2. Before starting, please read carefully the heater core replacement guide.
3. Set aside all the components installed on the air conditioning unit area
(HVAC) to be cut (electrical cables and engine identified with arrows.
(picture B).
4. Cut the heater core opening by following the groove thread. (pictures C
and D)
5. Remove the defective heater core from the casing.
6. Install the new heater core in the casing.
7. Place the plastic cover supplied with the heater core on the air
conditioning unit (HVAC) to close the casing and screw it in place
using the 4 screws provided.
8. Reinstall the components (cables and engine) on the cover as
shown picture E.
