Warranty

The limited warranty covers any defects in new devices accompanied by this limited warranty
statement for a period of 24 months after the first retail purchase of electrical parts (display, control
unit, motor and charger) against manufacturing defects in a base replacement. , and a warranty of 12
months or 2000 km for the battery (whichever comes first) under normal conditions of installation,
use, service and maintenance.
The limited warranty does not cover any problems caused by:
- Commercial use, accident, abuse, neglect, shock, heat or humidity beyond the specifications of the
product, improper installation, operation, maintenance or modification.
- Any misuse contrary to the instructions in the user manual
- Faults caused by other equipment.
This limited warranty is void if a product is returned with labels removed, damaged, or altered from
any alteration (including unauthorized removal of any component or cover.
This limited warranty is valid only at the place of initial purchase. NOT applicable with other
distributors.
- This limited warranty is valid with the original sales receipt from the authorized dealer. - Excludes
consumables with accessories.
- Excludes physically damaged parts, incomplete / broken cable connections.
- Excludes misuse, modification, negligence and use of the scooter in wet conditions. - Excludes
professional and rental use.
