IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE USER
COOLING VEST & ACCESSORIES
The INUTEQ-DRY® evaporative cooling products are comfortable, full-fashioned and light weighted.
No refrigeration or chemicals are required. These products will reduce heat stress and fatigue, allo-
wing you to feel comfortable cool and to perform better. Due to the unique technology system, these
products will not become wet or soggy, making it suitable to wear the vest underneath clothing.
The INUTEQ-DRY® cooling products are designed to be worn in an environment with an ambient
temperature that is not extreme and perform best in low to medium humidity. The level of airflow on
the body determines the cooling effect and cooling duration. For use in extreme environments where
heat is generated by industrial activities and where the user needs to wear hazardous/airtight suits,
the INUTEQ-DRY® cooling products are not appropriate to offer adequate protection against heat
stress. For such conditions, we recommend our CoolPac cooling products.
DO NOT OVERFILL/EXCEED PRESCRIBED MAX. AMOUNT OF WATER!
How to activate the INUTEQ-DRY® Cooling Products:
1.
Open the valve or Zip-lock style closure.
2.
Fill the product with clean water (vest = max. 600ml / CoolOver = max. 500 ml / cap = max.
100ml / helmet inlayer = max. 150ml), and then close the valve or Zip-lock style closure.
3.
For the cap and helmet inlay; divide the water equally through the product. Open the valve or
Zip-lock style closure, to remove excess air and water. Close the valve or Zip-lock style closure.
Ready to wear.
4.
For the vest; place the product on a flat surface with the backside up.
5.
Stroke the vest upwards, spreading the water towards the shoulder part.
6.
Turn the vest, so the backside is facing down.
7.
Now stroke the vest downward, spreading the water along the front side.
8.
If necessary repeat step 3-7 until the water is equally divided through the vest.
9.
Roll the vest from the bottom side up with open valve, to remove excess air and water.
10.
Close the valve.
11.
Ready to wear the vest.
