Para reiniciar el dispositivo, mantenga pulsada la tecla de encendido, seleccione “Reiniciar”. Para apagar el dispositivo, mantenga pulsada la tecla de encendido, seleccione “apagar”.

    1. Seleccione Configuración  Sistema  Avanzado  Restablecer opciones de la lista de aplicaciones. 2. Toque Borrar todos los datos (restablecimiento de fábrica). 3. Toque Eliminar todos los datos. 4. Toque BORRAR TODO. El dispositivo se restablece a la configuración predeterminada de fábrica automáticamente.
