Hydrim M2 Washer Disinfector Annual Preventative Maintenance
The following information details work that we recommend is undertaken on an annual
basis, by an approved service technician, in order to maintain optimum performance of the
M2 washer disinfector.
Equipment and parts requirements for annual service:
Dryer filter - Component part number 01-111780S
•
Main door seal – Component part number 01-111559S.
•
O-ring, pressure pipe fitting – Component part number 01-111792S
•
(only for units with old pressure pipe)
Dosing Pump Tubing – Component part number 01-111831S
•
M2-WD Service Manual
•
Electrical safety test equipment
•
Dios re-validation set
•
Water hardness test strips (01-108305S)
•
Laptop with L2M2 software interface (BHT controller units only)
•
SciCan Data Logger for software upgrade (SciCan controller units)
•
Blower Motor Capacitors Resistors – Component part number 01-112682S
•
Annual service and test schedule:
• Check integrity of incoming and outgoing services (power, water supply, drain)
• Check water supply in line filters and clean as appropriate
• Check general condition of machine
• Replace dryer filter and reset dryer counter
• Inspect and replace main door seal (if required)
• Inspect and replace lower door seal (if required)
• Replace dosing pump tubing
• Check solution container connection for leaks
• Check salt level and replenish as required
• Check water hardness (test strips) and adjust salt regeneration settings if required.
• Inspect and clean sump filters (check sump for debris)
• Remove wash arms and check for blockages.
• Review error history
• Software upgrade (if necessary)
• Check functionality of the following components (L2M2 interface for
BHT controller - Component test mode for Scican controller)
• Recirculation pump (add 7 litres water MAX to chamber –
