USE
Camshaft locking tool, to be used as OEM T40030
For fixing the camshafts in their setting positions.
Attach fixing tool to camshafts from right cylinder head.
Turn the threaded rod and spread the fixing tool (clearance-free).
Attention: Tighten threaded rod of the fixing tool to max. 10 Nm.
Camshaft locking tool, to be used as OEM T40030
Attach fixing tool to camshafts from right cylinder head.
Turn the threaded rod and spread the fixing tool (clearance-free).
Attention: Tighten threaded rod of the fixing tool to max. 10 Nm.
Crankshaft locking tool, to be used as OEM T40026
For fixing the crankshaft in its setting position.
Remove sealing plug on cylinder block.
Insert crankshaft locking tool into the cylinder block bore.
When inserting, pay attention to the correct alignment of the crankshaft.
Tensioner pulley wrench, to be used as OEM 3387
For pre-tensioning the tensioning pulley.
Pre-tension the tensioning pulley and remove / replace the toothed belt.
Camshaft adjuster socket, to be used as OEM T40028
