RACE MODE
After you enter the RACE mode, the display shows L1 and
blinks. The TIME/500M field shows 8:00.
•
You can set L1 to L15 (set of TIME /500M values for
each) with the UP and DOWN buttons and confirm
with ENTER.
•
When DISTANCE blinks, set the race distance (500
to 10,000 metres).

•
After you press ENTER, the race image is displayed
on the screen.
•
The race starts when you press the START button.
The STOP message is no longer displayed.
•
Your (U) and computer's (PC) progress is displayed
on the screen until the set distance is covered.
•
When the race is finished, the display shows STOP
and USER WIN or PC WIN depending on who won.
•
You can restart the race by pressing START.
To exit the RACE mode, press, RESET.
RECOVERY
Do not remove the HRC chest strap after workout and press RECOVERY.
•
The display counts down from 00:60 to 00:00 and displays a result of F1, F2,... F6.
F1 is the best, F6, the poorest.
•
Press RECOVERY again to return to the home screen.
MOBILE APP BLUETOOTH PAIRING
The computer is compatible with iConsole+ Training.
